摘  要:介绍了振动台固频调谐的弹性支承变刚度装置结构设计及传动计算。采用阿线盘传动特性实现三个移动支座定心同步径向移动,以同步改变三根弹性支承梁悬伸量而达到调频的目的。通过变刚度装置结构方案、弹性支承梁尺寸和阿线盘传动动力等设计计算和样机试验,固频调谐效果显著;弹性支承调节为50-300mm时,能保证系统固频在10-120Hz内调谐,具有较好的实用价值。The design and transmission calculate of the elastic support variable stiffness apparatus for frequency modulation tune for the structure of the vibration stage is introduce. For achieving the aim of frequency modulation, adopting the A-spiral disk driving characteristic in order to realize the three decided center-synchronization-radial motion of the moving bearing seat, meantime, alter the hung-extended measure of three elastic support beam. The design and calculate of the variable stiffness apparatus frame scheme, the size of the elastic support beam and the A-spiral disk transmission power and prototype test shows that the effect of the intrinsic frequency tune is marked. When the hung-extended size is adjusted to the range of 50 to 300 millimeter, it is assure able to tune the system intrinsic frequency at the range of 10 to 120 Hz. At the same time the utility value is preferable.
