摘　　要：本文考虑正则广义控制系统的强能控性与强能观性,在不分解原系统的情况下,用原系统参数给出了一些新的判定条件。In tills paper , strong controllability and strong observability of the following regular generalized control systems are consideredWith no decomposition of the system, some new criterions (frequency domain and time domain) on S-C and S-O are established.
