摘　　要：运用新公共管理等有关理论,分析了国际上医疗行业引入市场机制的主要做法,提出了在公立医院改革中引入市场机制的主要领域和内容,希望能对我国的公立医院改革有所借鉴。Applying the theory of new public administration, this paper analyzes the main measures of market mechanism in the health sector in some counties in the world Based on these analyses, the paper brings forth the main areas of market mechanism in the reforms of public hospitals. It is hoped that this paper would be of some use to the reforms of public hospitals in China.
