摘　　要：本文以洛川农电配网规划为例,阐述了农电配网规划的方法步骤及规划中应考虑和解决的问题。规划后的电网应能满足规划年内用户对供电可靠性及供电质量的要求。Take the example of Luochuan Agricultural electric power distribution network planning, described the procedure of agricultural electric power distribution network plan and the problems to be solved. The planned electric power network should satisty the requirement of the customers' requiring the reliability and quality of electric power supply in the planned years.
