中轴骨骨髓异常信号的MRI病因分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨MR对中轴骨骨髓异常信号的诊断价值。方法 :对 73例中轴骨骨髓异常信号病例的影像资料进行分析。结果 :73例MR资料按病因分为 4类 :①转移性肿瘤 2 4例 ;②原发性骨肿瘤 1 5例 ;③外伤致骨髓水肿 1 4例 ;④其他如结核、炎症、放疗改变、黄骨髓沉积等 2 0例。结论 :MR可很好地显示骨伤、骨病所致骨髓病理变化 ,结合临床资料大部分可得到明确诊断。Objective To discuss the value of MRI for diagnosing the abnomal signals of the core axis bone marrow.Methods The image data of the 73 patients with abnomal signals of the core axis bone marrow were analyed.Results The MRI data of these patients were classified into four groups according to their etiological factors:① 24 cases with metastatic tumor.②15 cases with original bone tumor.③14 cases whose bone marrow were edemaed by trauma.④20 other cases such as tubercle、inflammation、the alteration caused by radiotherapy、deposition of yellow bone marrow etc.Conclusion MRI can clearly display the pathological changes of bone marrow caused by trauma and osteopathia,and most of these deseases could be diagnosed by MRI combining with their clinical data.
