摘 要:目的 :探讨超高倍显微系统活血分析在缺血性心脑血管性疾病早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 :从 398例患者及 2 0 0例健康志愿者中采集手指末梢血制成活血涂片 ,以超高倍显微系统快速进行检测。将红细胞活力、红细胞聚集、血小板聚集及异源性斑块检测结果进行比较 ,评价病人组与健康对照组之间的差异。结果 :病人组阳性率明显高于健康组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :超高倍检查是一种快速、直观、方便、比较准确的早期发现人体机能异常的手段 ,在缺血性心脑血管性疾病早期诊断中具有积极作用。Purpose To investigate the application value of ultra-high multipe microscope system analysis for invigorating blood in the early diagnosis of ischemic cardio-cerebral angiopathy. Methods The blood of peripheral finger was collected from 398 patients and 200 normal volunteers, and be made into smear. The smear were studied rapidly by ultra-high multipe microscope system. To compare the test results of erythrocyte,sympexis and platelet aggregation,and to evaluate the difference between patient group and normal control group. Results The positive rate of patient group was significangly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ultra-high multipe microscope is a rapidly ,visually, commodious, accurate method in finding abnormity earlier of the wheels of life. It is very useful in early diagnosis of the cardio-cerebral angiopathy.
