摘  要:收集并鉴定了 4 3个胶孢炭疽菌菌株 ,用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)研究了胶胞炭疽菌种内的遗传分化。结果表明供试的 4 3个菌株间遗传相似度变化较大。RAPD分子标记将 4 3个胶胞炭疽菌菌株分为 2个类群 ,其种内遗传分化与寄主没有相关性。因此认为根据寄主种类划分林木胶孢炭疽菌种内专化型不合适 ,用分子生物学方法更准确。Forty-three isolates of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides from forest trees were collected and identified. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was efficiently used to analyze their population differentiation. The result shows that the genetic similarities between the 43 isolates are much different. 43 isolates can be divided into two subgroups, and there is not any relationship between interspecies genetic differentiation and the sources of host. The study indicates that it is interrogative to analyze the specialized forms of the C. gloeosporioides with their hosts.
