摘　　要：采用文献资料及调查访问法,对我国少体校现状进行分析。结果表明:学训矛盾严峻、管理不到位、师资水平低、招生困难、场馆设施差、竞赛制度不合理是其制约瓶颈;以人为本、体教结合、加强软硬件建设、改革竞赛制度是少体校可持续发展的必然选择。With the methods of documentary and investigation,the paper analyses the present situation of youth sports schools in China.The results show that the conflict between study and training,the improper management,the low level of teachers,the difficulties of recruiting students,the poor equipments of palestras and gymnasiums and the unreasonable competition institutions are the cork point of restricting the development of youth sports schools.Furthermore,human-as-root,combination of training and teaching,enhancement of construction of software and hardware and reform of competition institutions are the necessary choice of the continual development of youth sports schools.
