摘  要:本文研究了合成自锐性磨料级金刚石用触媒材料。通过实验优选出R26触媒,它是一种镍铜基多元、奥氏体单相固溶体合金。X射线分析为面心立方(f·c·c),点阵常数3.59。对石墨润湿性能良好。批量合成证明,R26触媒能稳定生产无定形块状、表面粗糙感强的金刚石(RVD—S)。磨削和冲击强度测定表明,RVD-S的自锐性远优于JR_1。高温高压合成条件下,固溶于R26触媒中的铜大量结合到金刚石里。提高了自锐性。The catalysts for synthesizing self-sharpening abrasive diamond were studied. By synthesis tests, catalyst R26 has been choosed from ten candidate catalysts. As a fcc Ni-Cu-based solid solution with a lattice constant of 3.59, R26 has a high wettability for graphite. Batch synthesis tests showed that R26 is well suitable for producing irregular blocky shape diamond (RVD-S)with rough surface and re-entrant angles. Abrasion and impact tests showed that RVD-S has a improved self-sharpening performance compared to JR1. Under the synthesis conditions, copper in R26 can be incorporated considerably to diamonds, resulting in an improvement in their self-sharpening.
