摘　　要：某柴油发电机组的控制系统是以 PLC 为核心的自动控制系统,本文介绍了该系统实现故障动态检测、故障处理功能的基本思想和方法,给出了基于 PLC 的发电机组自动控制系统中故障诊断的设计与实现方法,分析了系统的组成、故障信号的判断和处理。The control system of a diesel generator device is an automatic control system which revolves about PLC.This paper introduces the basical idea and method for realizing fault dunamic detection and disposal function about this system, and the design and realization of a fault diagnosis system base on PLC are presented.In this paper,the implementa- tion of the functions,device self-checking,fault dynamic monitoring and processing are analyzed also.
