小剂量镇静镇痛药物在经食管超声检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨小剂量氟哌利多与芬太尼联合应用在经食管超声(TEE)检查中的效果。方法　 将108例需行TEE检查的患者随机分为观察组(56例)和对照组(52例),所有受检者均行1%地卡因咽喉 部表面麻醉,观察组同时应用氟哌利多1mg+芬太尼0.05mg静脉内注射。观察两组患者在检查过程中 的反应及心率、血压、呼吸频率的变化,询问患者在检查过程中的感受。结果　观察组检查过程中反应及 感受明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组与对照组比较,检查前、检查中及检查后两组间血压、心率、呼吸 频率差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);同时每组病例在检查前、检查中及检查后血压、心率、呼吸频率均无 明显变化(P>0.05)。结论　联合应用小剂量镇静镇痛药氟哌利多与芬太尼可以减少TEE检查中的不 良反应的发生,是安全可靠的。Objective To study the application value of the low-dose of sedative and analgesic in transesophageal echocardiography(TEE). Methods One hundred and eight outpatients undergoing TEE were randomly allocated into test group(n=56) and control group(n=52). Topical analgesia of the pharynx was achieved with 1% dicaine in all the patients. Meanwhile, low-dose droperidol(1 mg) and fentanyl( 0.05 mg) were combined and given intravenously to the test group. The symptom, feeling, heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory frequency were recorded and analysed. Results The symptom and feeling of the test group were much better than those of the control group(P< 0.01).There were no significant differences in perioperative changes of heart rate,blood pressure and respiratory frequency between the test and the control group(P> 0.05), so did the each patient(P> 0.05). Conclusions With intravenous injection of low-dose combination, droperidol and fentanyl can produce effective, painless and safe sedation for TEE examination.
