河北省三个市2003年实施麻疹疫苗后续强化免疫活动评价

摘　　要：为加速控制麻疹 ,河北省于 2 0 0 3年 9月 15～ 30日 ,在邯郸、邢台、衡水市对 8月龄～ 5岁儿童开展了麻疹疫苗 (MV)后续强化免疫活动。 3个市共登记适龄儿童 84 84 2 5人 ,实际接种 810 2 2 3人 ,接种率 95 5 0 % ;邯郸、邢台、衡水市的接种率分别为 95 0 8%、95 2 8%、96 88%。分年龄组统计 ,接种率最高为 96 4 9% (8～ 11月龄 ) ,最低为94 2 9% (5岁 ) ,其它年龄组接种率为 95 13%～ 96 2 5 %。以县为单位报告接种率 90 0 1%～ 10 0 0 0 %。利用省统计局人口资料、疫苗分发数 ,对报告接种情况进行了评估。该次MV后续强化免疫活动由于进行了认真安排部署 ,广泛开展了宣传动员 ,严格进行了技术培训 ,加强了现场督导 ,达到了预期目标和要求。In order to accelerate me asles control,we implemented measl es vaccine (MV) 'follow-up'immuniza tion campaign farget to children from 8 months to 5 years in Handan,Xing tai, and Hengshui cities during Se pt. 15-30 in 2003.The numbers for reg istered legal children were 848,425, 8,102,223, vaccinated coverag e was 95.50%. For Handan,Xingtai,and Hengshui City the coverage was 95.0 8%,95.28% a nd 96.88%.The data showed that the highest coverag e was 96.49%(8-11 months old) and the lowest coverage was 94.29%(5 years old) ,for other groups the co rerage varied in the range of 95.1 3%-96.25%.The reported MV coverag e by county varied in the range of 90.01%-100.00%.We evaluated the re ported coverage untilizi ng the population from statistics Bureau and the number of MV vaccine dispatching. The anticipated objective was attained through extensire and strict technologic trainin g social mobilization.
