离断性肾盂成形术治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾盂输尿管连接部 (UPJ)梗阻的手术治疗方法。方法　 31例均采用离断性肾盂成形术 ,术中置带孔硅胶管或双J管引流 ,2 - 3周拔除引流管 ,3- 6个月复查。结果　 31例手术均获成功 ,IVU检查肾盂积水好转 ,吻合口通畅。结论　离断性肾盂成形术是治疗UPJ梗阻的有效方法 ,使用有引流作用的支架管可减少再狭窄的发生。Objective To evaluate the operative treatment of ureteropelvic junction(UPJ) obstruction.Methods 31 cases of team of UPJ obstruction had place silica gel tube of the holes or double-J tube intraoperatively during anderson hynes pyeloplasty,the drainage tube being removed on cystoscopy 2-3 weeks after operation.The outcome was evaluated ultrasonography or intravenous pelviureterography 3-6 months postopertively.Results The hydronephrosis was successfully relieved in the 31 cases.It was showed by IVU that the anastomosis site in all the cases was smooth.Conclusion Anderson-hynes preloplasty is on effective procedure for the treatment of UPJ obstruction.The support tube that it is intraoperatively us can reduce the chance of the restricture.
