摘　　要：目的 探讨苏木不同提取物对心脏移植后大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的免疫抑制和对心肌的保护作用。方法 应用大鼠腹腔同种异位心脏移植模型。受体来源于SD大鼠,供体Wistar大鼠。实验分为苏木醇提物组,苏木酯提物组、苏木水提物组、心脏移植组、对照组。术前2天给药,术后第7天采血,应用流式细胞仪检测外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并检测心肌组织的病理改变。结果 苏木醇提物及水提物可抑制大鼠心脏移植后外周血CD4+／CD8+的升高,并可减轻心脏移植后急性排斥反应所引起的心肌病理损害。结论在苏木的不同提取物中,苏木醇提物和水提物对心脏移植后发生的急性免疫排斥反应有明显的抑制作用,对心肌有明显的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of different components of Caesalpinia Sappan L on the change of T lymphocyte subsets and protective function on cardiac after allograft rat heart transplantation. Methods Using rat allograft heterotopic heart transplantation models, Wistar rat hearts were transplanted to SD rats and randomly divided into five groups; including different Caesalpinia Sappan L groups, heart transplant group and untreated groups. Animals were given above drugs two days before operations, on day 7 after transplantation, samples were taken for the measurement of the change of T lymphocyte subsets and myocardial pathological changes. Results Ethanol extract and watery extract of Caesalpinia Sappan L could inhibit the elevation of blood CD4+/CD8+ and alleviate myocardial pathological damage after heart transplantation. Conclusions Ethanol and watery extracts of Caesalpinia Sappan L have certain immunosuppressive effect for acute rejection and protective function for cardiac.
