带锁髓内钉治疗股骨骨折手术操作的体会

摘　　要：目的分析 92例股骨骨折手术操作 ,探讨提高带锁髓内钉的成功率。方法对 92例股骨骨折手术操作进行回顾性研究 ,左侧 4 2例 ,右侧 4 7例 ,双侧骨折 3例。新鲜骨折 5 9例 ,陈旧骨折 33例。骨折类型 :横形骨折15例 ,斜形 31例 ,螺旋形 31例 ,粉碎及多段骨折 12例 ,钢板内固定失败 3例。均使用带锁髓内钉固定。结果随访9～ 18个月 ,经临床和X线检查 ,骨折均愈合。结论带锁髓内钉是一种非常好的内固定技术 ,只要正确使用和操作 。ObjectiveBy reviewing the operations of ninty-two patients treated with intramedullary interlocking nail on fractures of the femur, intend to increase the surgery success rate. MethodsThe operational process of ninty-two fracture cases of the femur treated with intramedullary interlocking nail was reviewed. There were 42 fractures in the left femur,47 in the right. Fifty-nine cases were fresh and 33 old fractures. The fractural types were as follows: 15 transverse fractures,31 tilted, 31 spiral and 12 smashed, 3 cases after a failed fixation by plates.All of cases were fixed by intramedullary interlocking nail. ResultsAll cases were followed-up for 9-18 months,and all healed up successfully after clinical and X-ray examination.ConclusionThe intramedullary interlocking nail on fractures of the femur is a very good internal fixation. The patients can recover earlier than other fixations if use it properly.
