摘　　要：目的　探讨综合医院门、急诊工作以及SARS期间门、急诊的规范化管理 ,减少医院感染。方法　总结我院SARS期间门、急诊规范性管理经验 ,确保门、急诊工作的正常运行。结果　通过加强规范性管理 ,SRAS流行期间 ,门、急诊就诊患者 932 81人次 ,无一例因在我院就诊感染SARS ,门诊部 (含发热门诊、隔离病房 )全体工作人员无一例感染SARS。结论　综合医院规范化管理是防止医院感染的关键 ;科学培训是防止医院感染的重要环节 ;严格的督导检查是防止医院感染的保证。OBJECTIVE To discuss daily work and standard management of outpatient department and emergency department of a general hospital during the time of SARS prevalence, so as to decrease hospital cross infection. METHODS To summarize the experience of standardized management of outpatient department and emergency department in our hospital during the time of SARS prevalence by statistics in order to ensure normal running of daily work in the future. RESULTS Through strengthening standardized management, none of 93 281 outpatients were found to be infected during the miserable time of SARS prevalence. And also, none of medical staffs (including febrile patient service and isolation wards) were infected during the period. CONCLUSIONS It is standardized management that plays the key role to prevent hospital infection. While scientific training is an important link and strict supervision is a guarantee to prevent hospital infection in a general hospital.
