福建省经济林发展问题与对策研究

摘　　要：福建具有非常适宜各种亚热带经济植物生长的优越自然条件。福建省经济林发展的特点及其存在问题是:分布有区域特色但地区间发展差异较大,林种类型多元化但结构不均衡、比例严重失调,投产面积、优良果品率提高较快但低产、低值林分所占比例很大,产值增幅很大但产业结构严重畸形。在对存在问题原因进行分析的基础上,提出了发展重心由数量转向效益、调整区域种植业结构、向外向型优质品种转化、转入向科技要效益、推进贸工林一体化产业化建设等福建省经济林发展建设的基本对策。Fujian has the preponderant natural condition that be very fit for various subtropics economic plant growth.The development characteristics of economic forest in Fujian province and its exist problem are that the distribution with a district feature but region difference clearly,the category with a diversification but the structure unbalance and the proportion maladjustment badly,the harvesting area and the high grade fruit ratio increase quickly but the area of low produce and low value wood occupying main quotient,the production value increase significantly but industrial structure abnormality badly.Basing on the reason analysis of the existent problems,the paper put forward development countermeasures of Fujian economic forest by transform center of gravity from quantity to benefit,adjust the structure of district planting industry,convert toward the extroverted and high-quality planting species,shift to depending on science and technology,and advance connection industry with plant and trade.
