摘　　要：移动基站技术是军用PCS系统的关键技术之一。在未来的战场中 ,基站根据需要可以自由移动 ,并有可能带大量用户共同移动 ,基站移动到新地方后能够快速地和网络恢复连接 ,建立通信。基站的可移动性带来的关键问题是如何在网络中对移动基站进行位置更新和对用户群进行快速有效的位置更新。该文简要介绍了移动基站技术的概念 ,以第二代数字移动通信系统GSM网络为基础 ,对移动基站的位置更新和用户群的位置更新提出了新的更新策略 ,补充、完善了原有的位置更新的协议 。The Mobile Base Station technique is the key technique in military PCS system. In the future battlefields, the Base Station may move freely when needed and the group of subscribers may likely move together. The Base Station can connect with the network quickly when it moves to a new place and establishes the communication. The key question brought by the movement of BS is how to update the location information of BS and of the group of subscribers rapidly and effectively. The Mobile Base Station technique is briefly introduced in this paper. Based on the 2rd mobile telecommunication system GSM, the new location update strategy of the Mobile Base Station and the group of subscribers is put forward. It also renews and perfects the old location update strategy, which makes it adapted for the requirement of the Base Station's moving.
