摘　　要：介绍了镀锌高耐蚀钝化表面处理的工艺过程;探讨了该表面处理层在煤矿井下开采工作面上应用的防护机理;叙述了室内试验及煤矿井下工业试验情况。This paper describes the treatment process of high corrosion-proof surface-inacti- vation with zinc-plating,and discusses the protecting mechanism of the coating,formed with such surface treatment,applied in undergroud colliery mining face.The lab test results and industrial test results in underground colliery are described comparatively.
