摘　　要：裁判员是运动竞技场上不可缺少的重要角色。裁判员的临场心理直接影响到执裁的公正客观, 判罚的准确及时。了解影响裁判员临场心理的因素,有助于裁判员执裁水平的整体提高。Referees play an important role on the sports competition courts. Their performance on court has a close link to the process of competition, even the result. This paper discusses the main factors what influence on the mental state of who are on the competition courts as referee. These discussions could be helpful to the referees' on -court work and the improvement of their level.
