摘　　要：通过对人才智力开发和体育市场发展的可持续性论述 ,进一步对体育人才市场的理论前提、调节机制的转换和条件及其存在的各种滞后现象进行了详细分析 ,据此 ,对如何发展体育人才市场提出自己的观点。The tapping of intellectual resources and the sustainable development of sports market are discussed and the theoretical premise,the transformation and the conditions of regulation mechanisms are analyzed in this paper.Kinds of sluggish phenomena in sports market are expounded. Personal views of the writers on how to develop personnel markets of sports are put forth.
