摘　　要：本文在文献资料、调查访问的基础上，从理论和实践两个维度论述了我国高等体育教育产业运行机制和管理机制，为我国高等体育教育产业与市场经济相结合提供了理论指导。Based on documentation and investigation, this paper discussed the running and management mechanism of physical education industry in Chinese colleges and universities, trying to offer a thcoreti- cal guide to the combination between the PE industry and market economy.
