ACTIVATION EFFECT OF CHELATING AGENT ON XANTHATE AND THEIR CO—ADSORPTION PROPERTIES

摘  要:用浮选试验、吸附量测定和XPS能谱等试验,研究了硅孔雀石浮选时有机整合剂对黄药捕收性能和吸附性能的影响。结果表明,用合适的亲铜有机整合剂作活化剂,硅孔雀石浮选回收率可达90%以上。有机螯合剂和黄药在硅孔雀石表面的共吸附符合Freundlich吸附方程,并且两者之间存在明显的协同—竞争作用,但以协同作用为主。有机螯合剂的高化学活性及对黄药的协同活化作用是提高黄药捕收性能的关健因素。产生协同作用的主要原因可能是在表面螯合剂和黄药与铜离子作用形成三元混配型配合物。The influence of organic chelating agents on the collective and adsorptive properties of xanthate in chalcostaktite flotation was studied by flotation tests, XPS energy spectrum measurement and adsorptive capacity determination. The results show that a recovery of above 90% can be obtained in chalcostaktite flotation using an appreciate chalcophile organic chelating agent as a activating agent. The adsorption of organic chelating agent and xanthate on the surfaces of chalcostaktite is in agreement with Freundlish adsorption isotherm, and there is an obvious synergistic-competive effect between them. But the later is the dominant factor. The chemical activity of organic chelating agent and its synergistic activation effect on xanthate are the key factors to improve the collecting property of xanthate. The synergistic effect may be attributed to the fact that the action of chelating agnet and xanthate on copper ions on the Surface of chalcostaktite has resulted in the formation of ternary complex.
