摘  要:目的:研究小牛血去蛋白注射液对高糖条件下坐骨神经慢性缺血的影响。方法:44只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组和脉络宁组,每组11只。除对照组外,其余3组大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素造成糖尿病模型,在此基础上结扎坐骨神经,形成一段神经的慢性缺血。前2组腹腔注射氯化钠注射液,后2组分别腹腔注射小牛血去蛋白注射液2.7mL·kg-1和脉络宁注射液1.8mL·kg-1,各组大鼠均在结扎坐骨神经后当天开始用药,qd,连续45d。测定体重、血糖、神经传导速度、神经组织中的山梨醇和ATP含量,并在光镜下观察神经的形态学改变,以评价疗效。结果:治疗组与模型组比较,神经传导速度、神经组织中ATP含量及形态学指标均有明显改变(P<0.05),而对山梨醇、血糖则无明显抑制作用(P>0.05)。结论:小牛血去蛋白注射液对商糖条件下坐骨神经慢性缺血有明显的治疗作用。Objective:To study the effect of deproteinized calf blood injection on chronic sciaticischemia with hyperglycemia. Methods:Rats model of chronic sciatic ischemia with hperglycemia were created by intravenous injecton of streptozotocin and sciatic ligation.44 rats were randomly and equally divided into control group, model group, treatment group and Mailuoning group. After the model was created, the latter 2 groups were given respectively intraperitoneal injection of deproteinized calf blood injection (2.7mL·kg-1 ,qd,45d) and Mailuoning injection(1.8mL·kg-1,qd,45d),and the former 2 groups were received intraperitoneal injection of saline once daily for 45d. For therapeutic evaluation, the body weight,blood glucose level,nerve conductive velocity,sorbitol and ATP content in nervous tissues of rats were monitored and the morphologic changes in nerves were observed microscopically. Results : In treatment group, there were significant changes in nerve conductive velocity, ATP content in nerve tissues and morphology in comparison with those of model group (P<0.05) while there were no significant inhibitory effect on sorbitol and ATP (P>0.05). Conclusion: Deproteinized calf blood injection is significantly effective in treatment of chronic sciatic ischemia with hyperglycemia.
