摘　　要：目的 :探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法 :应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗泌尿系结石 5 8例。结果 :5 3例中、下段结石中 5 1例获得成功 ,2例失败。 5例上段结石部分碎石后推回肾盂 ,置双J管后行ESWL。结论 :该方法具有入镜不需扩张输尿管口、碎石率高、组织损伤小及手术并发症少的优点。Objective:We retrospectively reviewed our experience with retrograde ureteroscopy (URS) and a pneumatic lithotriptor with ureter stones to determine its effect.Methods:From March 2003 to March 2004,we performed URS and pneumatic lithotripsy in 58 patients with ureter stones.Results:Fifty-three patients were treated with URS only,while the remaining 5 patients received URS and ESWL.Ureter perforation or rupture occurred in 4 patients,two of which required surgical repair.Conclusion:Our data demonstrate that pneumatic lithotripsy seems to be an effective treatment modality for ureter stones.
