骨关节病与细胞外基质中胶原基因的改变

摘　　要：骨关节病 ( OA)的病因目前尚不清楚 ,随着分子生物学技术的进一步发展 ,人们已经注意到环境因素和遗传因素的交互作用在骨关节病中的可能作用。结合目前的研究现状 ,主要从 、 、 、 型胶原的基因改变对骨关节病的影响作了综述 ,认为软骨特异性胶原基因的变异可能在 OA中起关键作用 。The cause of Osteoarthritis(OA) is still not clear, but with the development of molecular technology scientsists have recognized that the interaction between environment factors and gene mutation may play a role in the disease. The effect of mutation of type Ⅱ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ and type Ⅺ collagen genes on Osteoarthritis are discussed in this review and a conclusion is drawn that the mutation of cartilage specific collagen genes may play an important role in Osteoarthritis as well as a new idea is provided for the research both on osteoarthritis and Kashin Beck disease.
