聚乙二醇脂肪酸甘油酯在药剂学上的应用

摘　　要：聚乙二醇脂肪酸甘油酯是一类多用途的药用辅料 ,具优良的自乳化性能 ,已广泛应用于自乳化给药系统。介绍 3种具高HLB值的聚乙二醇脂肪酸甘油酯 :聚乙二醇辛酸 癸酸、月桂酸及硬脂酸甘油酯 ,包括其制备、组成、性状和药用性能 ;并以这 3种聚乙二醇脂肪酸甘油酯为例综述其在药物制剂中的作用和在口服及经皮给药系统中的应用。Fatty acid macrogolglycerides possessing excellent self-emulsifying performance are pharmaceutical excipients with many uses and have been widely applied in self-emulsifying drug delivery system. Three fatty acid macrogolglycerides which have higher HLB:caprylocaproyl,lauroyl and lauroyl macrogolglycerides,including their preparations,compositions,properties and pharmaceutical performances were introduced. Their role in pharmaceutical field and application in oral and transdermal delivery systems were reviewed.
