摘  要:目的 提取补阳还五汤中总黄酮和水溶性黄酮并测定其含量。方法 用微波辅助萃取法提取 ,提取时间 2 0 min,微波功率 32 5 w;用改进的铝盐分光光度法测定含量。常温显色 ,测定波长λ=5 2 4 nm,回归方程 Y=0 .0 0 2 5 +0 .3342 9X ,r=0 .99993,加标回收率在 94 .7%~ 10 0 .97%。结果 补阳还五汤中总黄酮含量为 4 .4 0 mg/ m L ,水溶性黄酮含量为 1.2 7m g/ m L。结论 微波辅助萃取缩短了提取时间 ,提高了收率 ,黄酮的测定方法简便 ,准确可靠。Objective To extract the total flavone and water soluble flavone from Bu-yang-huang-wu-tang and to determine their concentration. Methods The total flavone and water soluble flavone from bu-yang-huang-wu-tang were extracted by microwave-assisted extraction. Extraction time was 20 minutes with 325w microwave power. The concentration of flavone was dertermined by improving aluminium-salt spectrophotometric methods. Colour is visible at normal temperature, detection wavelength was 524nm, the regression equation is Y=0.002 5+0.334 29X,r=0.999 93.The recovery ranged from 94.70% to 100.97%. Result The total flavone concentration is 4.40 mg/mL, the water soluble flavone concentration is 1.27 mg/mL. Conclusion MAE shortens the extraction time greatly and enhances the yield rate. The determination of flavone was convenient and reliable.
