酸枣仁中总黄酮的含量测定及提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨酸枣仁中总黄酮的含量测定方法及提取工艺。方法　采用紫外分光光度法测定酸枣仁中的总黄酮 ,采用正交设计安排实验 ,并将正交试验结果用单因素分析法对提取次数进行了考察。结果　对照品液浓度在 10～ 6 0 μg· m L- 1 线形关系良好 ( r=0 .9992 )平均回收率为 96 .4 6 % ,RSD=1.6 4 ( n=5 )。用相当于药材 2 4倍 70 %乙醇提取 2次 ,每次 3h,基本能将药材中的总黄酮提尽。结论　该方法准确 ,灵敏 ,简便 ,稳定性、重现性良好。工艺稳定可行 ,提取率较高 ,可作为酸枣仁生产工艺及质量控制的参考。Objective To discuss the method of determining the content total flavones in seed of common jujube as well as the extraction techniques. Method Total flavones in seed of common jujube was determined by UV. The experiment was carriedm out by Orthogonal design.Result The linear range was in the range of 10～60 mg·mL -1 for refereace substance,and the cuerage reeovery was 96.46%.and RSD was 1.64%(n=5).Conclusion This method is accurate,simple,stable and reproductible The technigues are feasible and can be used as production techniques of the seed of common jujube and as the referance to the quality control.
