摘 要:犤目的犦以内皮细胞(EC)为研究对象,观察救心胶囊对缺氧损伤内皮细胞黏附分子释放的影响。犤方法犦运用免疫细胞化学技术,通过进行内皮细胞培养,观察内皮细胞缺氧损伤后,黏附分子(VCAM-1、ICAM-1)在细胞浆的表达情况。犤结果犦缺氧损伤使VCAM-1、ICAM-1表达显著升高。救心胶囊组,VCAM-1、ICAM-1表达显著降低。犤结论犦救心胶囊能显著降低黏附分子表达,保护内皮细胞免受炎症介质损伤。Objective The mechanism of Jiuxin capsule on coronary heart disease (CHD)through observing the influence of Jiuxin capsule on the expression of adhesion molecule from injured endothelium cell by hypoxia.Methods Through cultivating endothelium cell in vitro,the expression of adhesion molecule (VCAM-1,ICAM-1)in cytoplasm was observed by immunochemistry in hypoxia injured endothelium cell.Result The expression of adhesion molecule increased markedly after endothelium cell was injured by hypoxia,and Jiuxin capsule coul inhibit .Conclusion Jiuxin capsule can markedly decrease the expression of adhesion molecule of endothelium cell,and protect the endothelium cell against injured by inflammation mediater.
