当归建中汤抗胃溃疡的实验研究

摘　　要：犤目的犦研究当归建中汤抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。犤方法犦采用利血平性溃疡法、水应激法和幽门结扎法建立胃溃疡实验模型。犤结果犦当归建中汤对利血平性溃疡和大鼠幽门结扎性溃疡有明显的抑制作用,对胃蛋白酶活性及排出量则无影响。犤结论犦当归建中汤可用于治疗胃溃疡。Objective To study the protective action of dangguijianzhong Decoction on the experimental gastric ulcer . Methods gastric ulcer models was induced reserpine,water hyperirritability and pylorus method. Result Dangguijianzhong Decoction can markedly inhibit the gastric ulcer models by using reserpine and ligated pylorus method .Conclusion Dangguijianzhong Decoction may cure the gastric ulcer.
