摘  要:本工作研究了在水-甲醇(V:V=1:1)二元混合溶剂中,中性盐、离子型表面活性剂及温度对1,3-二(α-萘基)丙烷1的荧光行为的影响。加入盐增大介质的极性有利于激基缔合物的形成。SDS既增加了体系的粘度,也增强了介质的极性;但CTAB,则由于其烷基链的绻曲,只起到盐的作用。高温虽然破坏了碱基所诱导产生的振动结构,但对激基缔合物有利。温度效应还为环糊精与1的作用提供了进一步的证据。A study on the effects of salt,ionic surfactants (before their CMC) and temperature on the fluorescence behavior of 1,3-di (l-naphthyl)propane (1)in aqueous methanol binary solvent (V:V=1:1)has been performed. The higher polarity of the medium caused by the added salt(NaCl) is in favour of the formation of excimer. The viscosity and polarity of the medium can be increased by theadded SDS while CTAB acts only as a salt due to its alkyl chain coiling. The vibronic structures of excimer induced by the bases can be broken down with the increase of temperature. Higher temperature is favourable to the excimer. The temperature effect also provides a further evidence to the distinct interaction between land cyclodextrins.
