摘 要:本研究工作在非水溶剂中,用不同原始比例(H_2BR∶Nd=1∶0.5~1∶3.0)的胆红素与金属离子合成了一系列胆红素钕络合物.金属钕的含量用 ICP 进行测试,发现并未得到确定组成的胆红素钕络合物.样品经 FT-IR 光谱测试,并与胆红素的红外光谱进行比较,其特征基团上光谱峰的强度及位置均发生了变化.据文献分析认为,合成的稀土化合物有类似胆红素钙的化学特性,钕离子也是随机地配位到胆红素分子的活性位置羧酸及 N-H 基团的原子上,并形成了非化学计量的胆红素钕络合物,并较好地解释了一些特殊的实验现象及结果.In this study,a series of neodymium bilirubinate were synthesized by re-actino NdCl_3 and bilirubin in different ratios(H_2BR:Nd=1∶0.5~1∶3.0)in non-aqucous solution.Nd contents of the bilirubinate precipitates were determined by ICPmeasurements.The result indicated that the neodymium bilirubinates of definite compo-sition have not been obtained.The FT-IR spectra of these samples were performed on aNicolet 7199B spectrometer.Compared with the speetrum of bilirubin,both band shiftsand intensity variations of the key bands showed that Nd^(3+)ions were coordinated to thecarboxyl and the NH group of bilirubin molecule,and Nd-bilirubinate complexes wereformed.It means that the chemical properly of Lanthanides is similar to that of calciumbilirubinate,the Nd^(3+)ions binding to the active sites of bilirubin molecule randomly toform a non-stoichiometric neodymium bilirubinates,and this explanation is accordantwith some peculiar experimental phenomena and a lot of date with this new idea.
