520例军队50岁以上疗养员慢性病的调查

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 5 0岁以上中老年干部慢性病的流行情况 ,为综合防治提供依据。方法 :对我院 5 2 0名 5 0岁以上疗养干部慢性病的患病率和超重率进行调查。结果 :患病有 30 5名 ,患病率为 5 8.6 5 % ,其中肥胖症、高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、高脂血症、痛风、腔隙性脑梗死和前列腺癌的患病率分别是 :14 .6 2 %、 17.6 9%、 17.31%、 10 .38%、 5 .0 0 %、 0 .38%、0 .38%和 0 .19% ,超重 2 2 4例 ,超重率 4 3.0 8%。结论 :军队 5 0岁以上中老年干部慢性病高患病率已成为严重危害健康的主要疾病 ,对肥胖和超重的干预已迫在眉睫 。Objective:To explore the epidemic character of chronic diseases in army resting therepy cadres aged 50 and older,and to lay foundation for chronic disease control and prevention.Methods:Prevalence rate of chronic diseases and overweight in these 520 cases were investigated.Results:305 people have chronic diseases,the prevalence rate was 58.65%. Among these patients,the prevalence rates of obesity,hypertension,coronary heart disease,diabets,hyperlipoidemia disease,gout,compartment cerebral infarction,prostatoma were 14.62%,17.69%,17.31%,10.38%,5.00%,0.38%,0.38% and 0.19% respectively.There are 224 overweight people,the overweight rate is 43.08%.Conclusion:The chronic diseases have became the main diseases among arrny resting therapy cadres aged 50 and older.We should use the colligation measures to prevent and control these diseases.
