摘  要:采用激光能量密度作为综合参数 ,对 9SiCr工具钢进行表面处理。使用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对强化区组织进行了分析 ,并在销盘式摩擦试验机上对激光处理 9SiCr工具钢和热轧 2 0MnSiV钢配副进行了干摩擦和油润滑试验 ,同时以平均磨损速率作为磨损量的指标 ,研究不同激光能量密度对磨损量的影响并分析了其磨损机理。结果表明 。SiCr tool steel was treated by means of laser beam with different laser energy density,then surface morphology in hardening zone was analyzed with scanning eletron microscope and X-ray diffraction.The tribological experiments of the mated couple of 9SiCr tool steel with heated rolling 20MnSiV were investigated on a pin-on-disc machine under the dry friction and oil lubrication condition.Meanwhile everage wear ratio was taken as wear criteria and the effect of the different laser engergy densitys on everage wear ratio and the tribological mechanism of 9SiCr tool steel were studied and analyzed.The results show that there exists an optimum value between the laser energy density and the everage wear ratio.
