摘  要:制备了含纳米银粉的二相流体润滑剂 ,利用球 棒式接触疲劳试验机研究了纳米银粉对GCr15钢球和钢棒的接触疲劳性能的影响 ,并借助于扫描电子显微镜分析了钢球接触表面的疲劳点蚀形貌。结果表明 :与基础油 (10 # 机械油 )相比 ,含 1%纳米银粉的润滑剂可使GCr15钢球的接触疲劳寿命L10 提高 3 5 4倍。其主要原因在于纳米银粉吸附于接触表面形成低剪切膜 ,降低了摩擦系数 ,减小了接触表面的切向应力 。The lubricants with nano silver particles were prepared. Effects of nano silver particles on contact fatigue performances between GCr15 steel ball and steel rod were researched by using a ball-rod contact fatigue tester. With the scanning electron microscope, properties of fatigue on the contact surface of steel ball were analyzed. These results show that comparing with the basic oil (10 machine oil), the lubricant with 1% nano silver particle can increase the contact fatigue life L10 by 3.54 times. The reasons that contact fatigue life of GCr15 steel ball were increased are that nano silver particles adhere to the trib-pair surface and a shearing film is formed and that friction coefficient and tangential contact stress are decreased and that expand speed of contact fatigue crack is decreased.
