摘  要:探讨了受水平、垂直和轴向振动激励下高速转子的进动与振动特征。建立了基于转子回转特征的振动矢量强度概念 ;定义了主振矢、副振矢等回转评价参量 ;导出了几种基于复合信号的简洁计算公式 ;研究了其数值算法。研究表明 :考虑轴向激励时高速转子的空间回转特性与平面回转特性有许多相同之处。各谐波下的空间回转轨迹为一平面椭圆 ,且最大振动矢量在该椭圆的长轴方向 ,各评价参量均可以由较为简洁的数值计算给出。这对于全方位探讨旋转机械的回转特性及故障诊断具有十分重要的工程意义。The whirl and vibration characteristics of high-speed rotors are investigated under the excitation of horizontal, vertical and axial vibrations. The strength conception of vibration vectors based on the rotary characteristics of the rotors is established. Some of the rotary evaluation parameters are defined, such as the main vibration vectors, assistant vibration vectors, and so on. Some type of the pithy formula based on the complex signals are derived, and its numerical algorithms are studied. There are many same places between the space rotary characteristics and plane rotary characteristics while the axial excitation is considered. For example, the space rotary orbits of all kinds of harmonious waves are plane ellipses, and the maximum vibration vectors are in the same direction as the longer axis of the ellipses within the space. Every evaluated parameter is given by using numerical computation method. It is of very important engineering significance to study the rotary characteristics of rotary machinery and fault diagnosis.
