摘  要:用血清斑点分子杂交法检测兰州地区饲养的鸭群。两年龄北京鸭DHBV—DNA阳性率O;一年龄樱桃谷鸭自然感染率3.4%,以DHBV阳性血清0.2ml静脉感染1日龄樱桃谷鸭,然后检测血中和肝脏中的DHBV—DNA,发现感染后第4天血清中可检出DHBV—DNA,感染后12小时肝脏中可检出DHBV—DNA,感染可持续两个月。Duck Hepatitis B Virus(DHBV) was tested in duck serum in Lanzhou area by DNA dot blot hybridization. The results showed that positive rate of BeiJing ducks was 0 and natural infectious rate of Cherry. Valley ducks was 3.4%. The 1——day Cherry Valley ducks were infected by DHBV positive serum through their foot veins. Duck Hepatitis B Virus was tested both in serum and liver homegenates at different times. The results showed that DHBV-DNA in serum was identified in the fourth day after infection. The DHBV—DNA in liver homegenate was identified in the twelfth hour after infection and continued to exist until 60 days after infection.
