摘  要:22例老年NIDDM患者和18例正常人检测结果显示,老年NIDDM的LPO显著升高,SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、Se-GSH-Px显著降低,LPO与上述四种抗氧化酶负相关;BG、TG、TC、LDL和ApoB显著升高,HDL显著降低;SOD与BG负相关;LPO与TG、TC、LDL正相关,与HDL、ApoA_1负相关。提示老年NIDDM患者LPO升高可能与其溏、脂代谢紊乱有关。LPO的持续升高可能是其心血管并发症发生的重要因素之一。The results showed the plasma lipid peroxide (LPO) in old patients with NIDDM (n = 18) were significantly high-er than the controls, whereas erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px). and Se-glutathione peroxidase (Se-GSH-Px) were significantly lower. LPO were negatively correlated withSOD, CAT, GSH-Px, and Se-GSH-Px, Plasma glucose (GS), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC). lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL) and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were significantly higher in patients with NIDDM than the con-trols and high density lipoprotein (HDL) was significantly lower. SOD were negatively correlated with GS, LPO posi-tively correlated with TG, TC and LDL. LPO negatively correlated with HDL and apolipoprotein AI (ApoAI) These data suggest that increased LPO may result from the metabolic disorders of blood glucose, lipids, and lipopro-teins and play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular complications of NIDDM.
