摘　　要：对WZ型无料钟炉顶设备在川钢高炉的应用效果及在使用过程中存在的问题进行了总结。通过对无料钟炉顶设备的不断改进 ,高炉冶炼取得了较好的效果。主要改进措施有 :气密箱α角传动机构由钢丝绳变为机械硬性传动机构 ,增强了升降机构的稳定性 ,提高了α角精度 ;上下密封阀由直动 +转动的曲臂结构改为转动单一动作的直臂结构 ,减少了设备故障率和非计划检修时间 ;气密箱回转密封面由单金属面密封变为油浸盘根 +氮气槽 +三道活塞环 +石棉盘根的浮动密封结构 ,取得较好效果。This paper focuses on the problems of WZ -type bell less top equipment occurred in the application and oper-ation process. Constant modifications to the bell less top equipment results in quite well effect in blast furnace smelting. The main modification measures include the change of drives mechanism for α angle regulation of gas seal box from steel rope to rigid device, this change increases the stability of the lifting system and improves the accuracy of α angle regulation; the upper and lower seal valve are changed from that of crank structure to straight arm structure that only actuates single action, as a result, the equipment failure rate and unscheduled down time are reduced; the rotary sealing surface of gas seal box is changed from seals of single metal face to oil dip coiled asbestos+nitrogen tank +three pass of piston ring+floating seal structure with coiled asbestos which have better sealing effect.
