复方玄驹口服液对性腺内分泌系统抗衰老生物效应的临床研究

摘　　要：对100例中老年性功能低下者,350例阳萎、早泄患者及30例健康成年男子服用复方玄驹口服液前后的血清性激素水平、脂质过氧化产物及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性进行测定。结果表明,服用以野生大黑蚂蚁(玄驹)为主药,佐以滋阴壮阳中草药制成的复方玄驹口服液1个月后,被试者精力、体力、睡眠等健康状况明显改善,对中老年性功能低下与性功能障碍的有效率分别达78％与71.14％,且使血清睾酮与SOD活性提高,使LH、E_2/T及血清MDA水平降低。故认为复方蚁制剂可通过调节性腺内分泌系统及抗脂质过氧化反应而起到抗衰老及治疗肾虚型性功能障碍的作用,并认为其药理作用与蚂蚁体内富含微量元素Mn、Zn、Se及维生素E有关。The serum sexual hormone,lipoid peroxide and the activity of erythrocytic superoxide dis-mutase in 100 middle-aged patients with decreased sexual function (A group), 350 patients ofimpotence and spermacrasia (B group),and 30 healthy male adults(C group),were investigatedseparately. The clinical effects of compound ant medication on anti-aging and the gonadotropicfunction were studied as well. Compound ant liquid were prepared with wild black ants and Yin-nourishing and Yang-strenghtening herbs. After one-month administration, the vitality, physical strength and sleep ofthe subjects in A and B group were improved significantly,the sexual dysfunction were improvedin 78% and 71.14% respectively, with the increase of serum testosterone level and SOD activi-ty, while LH, E_2/T and MDA level were decreased. It is concluded that this compound ant medi-cation has the effect of anti-aging and improving sexual dysfunction, through the regulating ofgonadoftopic system and anti-lipoid peroxidation, This ant medication contains abundant vita-mine E and trace elements such as manganese, zinc and seleninm.
