加味玉屏风散抗衰老实验的形态学研究

摘　　要：应用流式细胞光度术(FCM)和形态学观察方法,研究了加味玉屏风散对老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及肝、脾、肺的组织学和自发性肿瘤发病率的影响。结果表明,本方能促进老龄小鼠脾淋巴细胞DNA合成及分裂增殖,减缓肺、肝、脾的老化性病变,降低老龄小鼠自发性肿瘤的发病率,具有增强免疫功能、延缓衰老的作用。The effect of Jiawei Yupingfeng san on proliferation of lymphocyte and on histology oflung,liver and spleen,as well as morbidity of spontaneous tumour of senile mouse were studiedwith Flow Cytometry and by means of morphologic studies. The results showed that it was capa-ble of prompting DNA synthesis and proliferation and descending morbidity of spontaneous tu-mour of senile mouse,and that it could enhance immunity,delay senility.
