低成本海绵钛生产新方法

摘　　要：简要分析了传统金属钛的生产方法,指出依靠改进传统工艺无法改变钛生产成本高这一现状。系统总结了目前正在开发或改进的钛生产新工艺,指出二氧化钛熔盐电解直接提取钛生产工艺是最有希望取代传统的Kroll和Hunter工艺的一种新的提钛技术。The conventional technological processes and some new technologies for production of titanium metal are introduced. It is indicated that the production cost of titanium can not be obviously lowered only through some small improvements in Kroll and Hunter processes,and the direct electrolysis reduction process in the molten salt of titanium dioxide for titanium metal may be the best choice for replacing Kroll and Hunter processes.
