摘  要:井巷掘进揭煤时,较好的施工方法是震动放炮,金属骨架,钻孔排放和水力冲孔,尤以震动放炮为主。而震动放炮的实质就是利用爆破产生的强烈震动和大量的爆生裂隙来诱导煤和沼气突出,或释放煤层中积聚的瓦斯,使其压力降低,从而降低煤和瓦斯突出的强度,甚至完全避免突出。据此,实施立井掘进穿过煤层时,在检测和分析煤层内瓦斯的赋存情况后,先行钻孔排放以降低瓦斯压力和喷出速度,然后安设金属骨架,在其保护下,采用震动放炮的方法全断面一次揭开煤层。对震动放炮揭煤的爆破参数、起爆网络等进行了精心设计与施工,安全顺利地揭开了煤层。When advancing and uncovering coal in roadway, better construction method is vibration shot, metal framework, borehole bleed-off and hydraulic hole, of which vibration shot is principal. The essence of vibration shot is that utilizing violent concussion and a vast amount of detonation cracks which blasting produces to guide outburst of coal and methane, or to release methane accumulated in coal seam and make its pressure drop. Thus the intensity of coal and methane outburst is dropped, even outburst can be avoided completely. According to this, when executing shaft advancing to cross coal seam, after detecting and analyzing storage conditions of methane in coal seam, first carry out borehole bleed-off to drop methane pressure and extrusion velocity, then assemble metal framework, under its protection, full-face uncover coal seam by employing vibration shot. The blasting parameters, circuit, etc. of vibration shot uncovering coal, are designed and constructed and coal seam is uncovered safely and successfully.
