不同治法改善——Alzheimer 痴呆智力、生活能力的临床对比性研究

摘　　要：应用 DSM-3R 和 ICD-10关于 Alzheimer 痴呆的诊断标准选择114例 Alzheimer 痴呆病人,遵循中医理论,根据不同的中医证型,分别应用补气活血、调心、补肾和化痰方药治疗 Alzheimer 痴呆病人,3个月为1疗程。结果显示:所有方药均能明显改善患者的智能状况,其中调心方的作用最为显著,明显优于其他方药;除调心方对患者生活能力的改善有一定作用外,其余各方均无明显作用。114 patients with Alzheimer's disease were chosen by DSM-3R and ICD-10 Criteria of Alzheimer's Disease.In accordance with the different pattern identifications in traditional Chinese medical theory,the patients were treated with the herbal recipes for tonifying Qi,activating blood,regulating the heart,tonifying the kidney and dispersing phlegm,with three months as one course.The results showed that all of the recipes can improve the patients' intelligence remarkably,among whieh the heart-regulating recipe was most remarkable in all recipes,and that the other recipes did not show any obvious effect in improvement of the life ability except the heart-regulating recipe.
