“内异灵片”治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘　　要：用化瘀通腑,软坚散结法制成内异灵片治疗子宫内膜异位症患者34例,同时设立西药(Tamoxifen)对照组18例。观察结果表明,内异灵片能显著提高内异症患者 NK 细胞的活性,调整 T 缅胞的功能,维持人体免疫功能的稳定,改善患者的各组症状和体征,临床有效率与Tamoxifen 相仿。34 cases with endometriosis were treated with “Endometriosis-Relieving Tablets”prepared with the methods for dissipating stagnation,dredging hollow organs,softening the hardness and dispersing accumulation.Simultaneously,18 cases of control group was set up with Tamoxifen.The observing results showed that“Endometriosis-Reliving Tablets”can enhance the activity of NK cell remarkably,regulate the functions of T cells,stabilize hLunan immunity,relieve symptoms and signs in the patients and that the clinical effective rate is similar to Tamoxifen.
