延寿方研究及与同类药物比较(一)

摘　　要：文章采集了十七部中医古籍及我校十四位著名中医教授所献的抗衰老方。筛选中药24味,组成延寿方。该方经十多年来的实验研究及与同类药物,青春宝、还精煎、太阳神、维生索 E 等作了抗衰老药理研究的多指标比较,观察到延寿方优于同类药物,使小鼠寿命延长44.14%(恒温条件下延长25.82%),家蚕成虫期延长34.9%,大鼠皮肤二倍体成纤维细胞传代延长25%;在生理、生化、免疫、器官老化等方面,几种抗衰老药物各具特点。故认为要确定某种药物的延寿效果,应以寿命试验为基础。In this article,a new longevity formula was created by the authors with 24 ingredients of herbal drugs, selected from their collections of 17 classic books on Chinese medicine and old longevity formulas contributed by 14 famous Chinese medical professors from our university.For over ten years,by experimental studies and multiple comparison in anti-senility pharmaceutical studies with similar drags,Youth Decoction,Essence- Retuming Decoction,Apollo Oral Liquid,Vit.E,it was found that new Longevity Formula was better than similar drugs and can lengthen mouse life by 44.14%(by 25.82% in constant temperature),lengthen imago stage of silk worm by 34.9% and prolong generation of diploid fibroblast from rat's skin by 25%. In the aspects of physiology, biochemistry,immunity and organ aging,several anti-aging drugs possess their special features individually.Therefore,we believe the life-prolonging effect of certain drugs must be determined depending upon longevity test.
