摘 要:研究了乳化剂PAG和SPAN复配比例以及某些二价金属离子对W/O型乳液稳定性的影响,同时也研究了St—DVB水乳液的悬浮聚合条件和白球的孔结构。结果表明,水相中存在微量的Mg2+或Zn2+,并用适当比例的PAG和SPAN80配制的W/O型乳液具有较好的稳定性;St—DVB水乳液通过悬浮聚合制得的白球部份地具有类似田垄状的孔道结构。The effects of the contents of emulsifiers PAG and SPAN and some divalent metal ions on the stability of W/O style emulsion were investigated in this paper. The conditions of suspension copolymerization of water/St - DVB emulsion and the porous structure of beads were also researched. Results show that the W/O style emulsion made of suitable ratio of PAG and SPAN 80 and water containing trace Mg2+ or Zn2+ possesses high stability. The macroporous structure of beads made of water/St-DVB emulsion by suspension polymerization partially possesses regular distribution like ridges.
