乌龙胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖64例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察研究乌龙胶囊治疗单纯性肥胖的作用及其机理、疗效等。方法:将乌龙胶囊与芬氟拉明片进行对照,观察其疗效。结果:乌龙胶囊能改善单纯性肥胖临床症状,经104例临床观察,有效率达92%。结论:乌龙胶囊能减轻体重,降低体重指数,缩小腹围、臀围,降低皮下脂肪厚度。并且经人体成分分析,不减少水分含量,不减轻肌肉重量。其作用均优于对照组芬氟拉明。Objective:To ir(?)vestigate effect of Wulong Capsules on simple obesity and the mechanism. Methods: The therapeutic effects of Wulong Capsules and Phenfolamin Tablets were observed and compared. Results: Wulong Capsules could improve clinical symptoms with an effective rate of 92% in 104 cases. Conclusion: Wulong Capsules can reduce body weight, body mass index, the circumference of the abdomen and the tuttock, and the thickness of subcutaneous fat, but does not reduce water content and muscular weight, better than those of Phenfolamin Tablets.
