西夏户籍初探——4件西夏文草书户籍文书译释研究

摘　　要：本文对新发现的 4件西夏文草书户籍文书进行译释 ,首次展示出西夏户籍的面貌 ,并藉此探讨西夏黑水城地区的家庭类型、人口姓名、男女比例、民族居处、婚姻状况 ,证实西夏番、汉民族互相通婚 ,并有一夫多妻和姑舅表婚现象。还分析了不同家庭土地、畜物占有状况 ,结合西夏法典《天盛律令》探讨西夏乡里组织 ,同时揭示出西夏户籍和军抄的密切关系。对照西夏法典研究 ,证明西夏有及时申报。The paper translates and explicates four household register archives incursive Tangutand shows for the first time the details of the Tangut household register system. Onthe basis of the translation and explication, the paper expounds the styles of the family structure, names, sexual ratio, ethnic structure and marriagein Heishui Cheng area, Tangut. The paper proves that in Tangut dynasty, there are intermarriagebetween the Han and the ethnic people and polygyny and cousinship marriage. The paper also analyzes the possessionsituation of lands, domestic animals and other things. Through one of the documents as well as the Tiansheng Luling (Tiansheng Code), the author discovers a close connection between household and Jünchao (a military unit of Tangut). And it is proved that the Tangut had a rigoroushousehold register system under which the population must be reportedin time and reregistered everythree years.
